Suena feo y, desde luego, nada generoso. Por eso, la responsabilidad social escolar empieza justo ah\u00ed: cuando entiendes que el espacio compartido es cuesti\u00f3n de todos. En este art\u00edculo, profundizamos en este concepto y en c\u00f3mo trabajarlo en el aula.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">[CtaModule cta_item=\u00bb6828&#8243;]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Responsabilidad social: qu\u00e9 es y qu\u00e9 no es<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En primer lugar, conviene aclarar qu\u00e9 se considera responsabilidad social escolar. Y, mejor, <strong>qu\u00e9 no encaja en su definici\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hacer voluntariado una vez al a\u00f1o y sacar la foto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Campa\u00f1as puntuales de recogida de alimentos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Charlas sobre \u00abportarse bien\u00bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obedecer las normas por miedo al castigo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y es que tampoco hablamos de limpiar porque toca, sino de algo<\/span><b> mucho m\u00e1s profundo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">construir ciudadanos que entienden que sus acciones afectan a la comunidad y act\u00faan en consecuencia.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por eso, podemos caracterizar la responsabilidad social como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sentir el colegio como tuyo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y cuidarlo activamente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reconocer que tus acciones afectan a otros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (compa\u00f1eros, profesores y personal no docente).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Participar en mejorar el entorno<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sin esperar recompensa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Actuar desde valores y voluntariamente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, no por obligaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Errores comunes (y c\u00f3mo evitarlos)<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Responsabilidad como castigo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u274c \u00abComo hab\u00e9is hablado, ahora recog\u00e9is todos\u00bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2705 \u00abDejamos la clase como nos gustar\u00eda encontrarla. Es nuestra responsabilidad compartida\u00bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Delegar sin formar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u274c \u00abEres el responsable de la biblioteca. Ya sabes qu\u00e9 hacer\u00bb.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2705 Explicar, modelar, acompa\u00f1ar las primeras veces.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No dar poder real<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u274c Consejo de estudiantes \u00abdecorativo\u00bb, sin capacidad de decisi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2705 Espacios con poder real sobre aspectos del centro.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Responsabilidad sin autonom\u00eda<\/b>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u274c Microgestionar cada responsabilidad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2705 Confiar y permitir que prueben, fallen y aprendan.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En resumen, la responsabilidad social transforma la pregunta \u00ab\u00bfQu\u00e9 me toca hacer?\u00bb en <\/span><b>\u00ab\u00bfQu\u00e9 puedo aportar?\u00bb<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Los tres c\u00edrculos de la responsabilidad social escolar<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed que, para trabajarla bien en todo el centro, <\/span><b>imaginemos tres c\u00edrculos conc\u00e9ntricos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>C\u00edrculo 1: Mi entorno inmediato: el aula<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y siempre, dentro de <\/span><b>este c\u00edrculo m\u00e1s cercano<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, hay muchas acciones concretas que hacer para mantenerlo bien y cuidarlo entre todos. Porque, por otra parte, si no cuidamos lo m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo, que es lo que m\u00e1s nos afecta, dif\u00edcilmente podremos cuidar lo lejano.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dejar la mesa limpia al terminar la clase.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recoger el material compartido sin que te lo pidan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avisar si algo se ha roto o estropeado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayudar a compa\u00f1eros con dificultades puntuales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participar activamente en tareas de grupo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>C\u00edrculo 2: Mi centro escolar<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participar en iniciativas de mejora del patio.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respetar instalaciones (no rayar, no romper, no pegar chicles).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizar eventos para todos, como deportes o celebraciones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mediar en conflictos entre compa\u00f1eros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proponer soluciones a problemas detectados.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y es que el colegio es el espacio p\u00fablico donde <\/span><b>aprendemos a convivir<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>C\u00edrculo 3: Mi comunidad\/barrio\/ciudad<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por \u00faltimo, podremos<\/span><b> ampliar el c\u00edrculo de responsabilidad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> social hasta mi ciudad o mi barrio:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.miteco.gob.es\/es\/ceneam\/recursos\/materiales\/100-buenas-practicas-aprendizaje-servicio.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Proyectos de aprendizaje-servicio<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Campa\u00f1as de concienciaci\u00f3n social.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colaboraci\u00f3n con entidades locales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuidado de espacios p\u00fablicos cercanos al centro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participaci\u00f3n en iniciativas ciudadanas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De esta forma, conectar\u00e1n la escuela con la vida real y, al mismo tiempo,<\/span><b> desarrollar\u00e1n un sentido de pertenencia <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a algo mayor que uno mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-sheets-root=\"1\">[CtaModule cta_item=\u00bb5415&#8243;]<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Estrategias para desarrollar responsabilidad social escolar<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed que ya estamos listos para pensar en <strong>estrategias concretas para inculcar este esp\u00edritu<\/strong> desde el aula.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>1.
