Es decir, que se den las condiciones para desarrollar el proceso de ense\u00f1anza-aprendizaje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En otras palabras, una buena gesti\u00f3n escolar no solo organiza, sino que <\/span><b>inspira y transforma<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Porque no se trata \u00fanicamente de resolver problemas que van surgiendo en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda del colegio, sino que debe coordinarse en funci\u00f3n de toda una estrategia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Los cuatro tipos de gesti\u00f3n escolar<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por todo ello, tradicionalmente <\/span><b>se divide la gesti\u00f3n escolar en cuatro tipos principales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Eso s\u00ed, los cuatro est\u00e1n interconectados entre s\u00ed, y, en cierta manera, se necesitan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>1.
