Para valorarlo en detalle, aqu\u00ed repasamos los <strong>resultados del pa\u00eds en las principales pruebas internacionales<\/strong>. Y terminamos ofreciendo una posible soluci\u00f3n. \u00a1Sigue leyendo!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[CtaModule cta_item=\u00bb6826&#8243;]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto se lee en Ecuador?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La respuesta nos la da la primera <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/siic.culturaypatrimonio.gob.ec\/index.php\/encuesta-de-habitos-lectores-practicas-y-consumos-culturales-ehlpracc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Encuesta de H\u00e1bitos Lectores<\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Pr\u00e1cticas y Consumos Culturales del a\u00f1o 2021:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Ecuador se lee en promedio un libro completo y dos libros incompletos al a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No parece mucho, ciertamente. Aunque yendo a los datos detallados, encontramos algunas <strong>estad\u00edsticas m\u00e1s alentadoras<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">57,5 % lee libros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">76,7 % lee diariamente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El soporte m\u00e1s utilizado es el celular: 56,7 %, seguido del papel: 33,9 %.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, en cuanto a los estudiantes, leen tanto en casa como en la escuela. De hecho, <\/span><b>los m\u00e1s lectores son los adolescentes hasta los 17 a\u00f1os<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7670 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"368\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador.png 1277w, https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador-775x419.png 775w, https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador-1175x636.png 1175w, https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador-711x385.png 711w, https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador-375x203.png 375w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed, despu\u00e9s de analizar los datos, se concluye que existen algunos <\/span><b>problemas relacionados con el desarrollo de la lectura<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> entre los alumnos ecuatorianos:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9ficit de maestros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Necesidad de inculcar el h\u00e1bito lector desde casa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Escasez de recursos de lectura.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Falta de tiempo para leer en la escuela.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Informes de comprensi\u00f3n lectora en Ecuador<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque los datos de lectura eran alentadores, la <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/competencia-lectora\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>comprensi\u00f3n lectora<\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no es un objetivo logrado. Solo el 36 % de los estudiantes de 10 a\u00f1os tienen una buena comprensi\u00f3n lectora en Ecuador. As\u00ed lo indican los <\/span><b>informes, encuestas y estudios <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en los que particip\u00f3. Vamos a ver los dos m\u00e1s recientes: PISA-D y ERCE.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>PISA-D 2018<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trata de una <\/span><b>prueba piloto: PISA para el Desarrollo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dise\u00f1ada para que pa\u00edses en v\u00edas de desarrollo participen en una evaluaci\u00f3n internacional. En 2018, fueron ocho pa\u00edses: Guatemala, Honduras, Panam\u00e1, Ecuador y Paraguay, Zambia y Senegal, y Camboya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De esta manera, obtuvieron <\/span><b>datos comparativos y est\u00e1ndares <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de pa\u00edses desarrollados que participan en PISA en tres \u00e1mbitos: Lectura, Matem\u00e1ticas y Ciencias. <\/span><b>Ecuador alcanz\u00f3 los 409 puntos<\/b>, lo que supuso que el 49,4 % de los participantes alcanzara el nivel II de competencia lectora.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PISA-D deja, as\u00ed, algunas <\/span><b>conclusiones sobre Ecuador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Est\u00e1 a <\/span><b>en la media del promedio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de Am\u00e9rica Latina y de PISA-D.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se acerc\u00f3 al desempe\u00f1o de estudiantes de pa\u00edses de ingreso medio-alto, ya que la <\/span><b>media de la prueba en Lectura fue 346 puntos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las <\/span><b>ni\u00f1as demostraron mayor comprensi\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lectora que los ni\u00f1os.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>ERCE 2019<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En segundo lugar, <\/span><b>participaron 13 000 estudiantes de educaci\u00f3n general b\u00e1sica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Y los resultados de comprensi\u00f3n lectora en Ecuador se mantuvieron muy similares a los de la misma prueba seis a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ecuador obtuvo 684 puntos sobre 1 000, un poco <\/span><b>por debajo de la media regional<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"262\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7671 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador-erce.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador-erce.png 720w, https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador-erce-375x136.png 375w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como se ve en la imagen, en 4.\u00ba primaria, el <\/span><b>58,1 % de los estudiantes de Ecuador alcanz\u00f3 o super\u00f3 el Nivel II <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de desempe\u00f1o. \u00bfQu\u00e9 quiere decir esto? Que despu\u00e9s de leer los textos propuestos para su edad:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Localizan informaci\u00f3n literal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y realizar inferencias a partir de las ideas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, <strong>en 7.\u00ba EGB<\/strong> -lo que equivale a 1.\u00ba de ESO-, solo el 31,2\u00a0 % de los estudiantes alcanz\u00f3 ese nivel II.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"717\" height=\"290\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7672 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador-erce-7.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador-erce-7.png 717w, https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/media\/Ecuador-erce-7-375x152.png 375w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 717px) 100vw, 717px\" \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por \u00faltimo, el estudio concluye resumiendo algunos de los<\/span><b> factores comunes en los alumnos con mejores desempe\u00f1os<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (UNESCO, p. 26):\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asistencia a educaci\u00f3n preprimaria para los estudiantes de 7 EGB.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00edas de estudio a la semana.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Involucramiento parental.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expectativas de los padres acerca de la educaci\u00f3n futura de sus hijos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nivel socioecon\u00f3mico de las familias.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[CtaModule cta_item=\u00bb5415&#8243;]<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Un programa para<\/b> <b>comprensi\u00f3n lectora en Ecuador<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entonces, \u00bfc\u00f3mo se puede mejorar la comprensi\u00f3n lectora en Ecuador? Por ejemplo, con <\/span><b>programas de lectura, actividades y estrategias de lectura<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, metacognici\u00f3n y herramientas para la producci\u00f3n de textos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/abrapalabra-importancia-programa-comprension-lectora-primaria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><span
