Y, adem\u00e1s, ha creado<\/span><b> nuevas asignaturas o espacios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, como el que queda para los alumnos que no cursen Religi\u00f3n: Atenci\u00f3n educativa, MAE o similares. Veamos c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 la atenci\u00f3n educativa a esos casi dos millones de alumnos en Espa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p>\n\n[CtaModule cta_item=\u00bb7413&#8243;]\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Lo que dice la ley LOMLOE<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En primer lugar, el Gobierno ha establecido las nuevas ense\u00f1anzas m\u00ednimas en el <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/eli\/es\/rd\/2022\/03\/29\/217\/dof\/spa\/pdf\"><b>Real Decreto 217\/2022<\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Como se lee en el documento, las nuevas medidas comienzan a implantarse en el curso 2022-2023 en 1.\u00ba y 3.\u00ba de Secundaria. Y el a\u00f1o siguiente, en el curso 2023-2024, en los otros dos cursos: 2.\u00ba y 4.\u00ba ESO.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hasta aqu\u00ed todo claro. Lo que indica la ley tambi\u00e9n es que a partir de esas indicaciones generales, \u00abser\u00e1n las <\/span><b>comunidades aut\u00f3nomas las responsables de completar el curr\u00edculo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de esta etapa\u00bb. Por tanto, los contenidos u horas lectivas que no queden especificados ser\u00e1n tarea de cada comunidad aut\u00f3noma.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En segundo lugar, la LOMLOE propone <\/span><b>modificaciones en la asignatura de Religi\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es <\/span><b>voluntaria <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para los alumnos.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se reduce la carga horaria m\u00ednima a <\/span><b>1 hora semanal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las calificaciones obtenidas en esta materia <\/span><b>no cuentan para la nota media<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> acad\u00e9mica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>No se ha creado una \u00abasignatura espejo<\/b>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ahora bien, aunque no existe tal asignatura espejo, el decreto s\u00ed habla de que <\/span><b>aquellos alumnos que elijan no cursar Religi\u00f3n recibir\u00e1n \u00abla debida atenci\u00f3n educativa\u00bb<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aqu\u00ed es precisamente donde ha surgido el espacio para esta nueva \u00abasignatura\u00bb de Atenci\u00f3n educativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>C\u00f3mo es la asignatura de Atenci\u00f3n educativa<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aunque no es mucho, el decreto da unas pinceladas sobre lo que se puede hacer en Atenci\u00f3n educativa: \u00abEsta atenci\u00f3n se planificar\u00e1 y programar\u00e1 por los centros de modo que se dirijan al <\/span><b>desarrollo de las competencias clave<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a trav\u00e9s de la realizaci\u00f3n de <\/span><b>proyectos <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">significativos para el alumnado y\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de la <\/span><b>resoluci\u00f3n colaborativa de problemas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">reforzando la <b>autoestima, la autonom\u00eda, la reflexi\u00f3n y la responsabilidad<\/b>\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y contin\u00faa: \u00abEn todo caso, las actividades propuestas ir\u00e1n dirigidas a <\/span><b>reforzar los aspectos m\u00e1s transversales del curr\u00edculo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, favoreciendo la interdisciplinariedad y la conexi\u00f3n entre los diferentes saberes\u00bb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Junto con lo que se puede abarcar en Atenci\u00f3n educativa tambi\u00e9n hay algunas <\/span><b>pautas sobre lo que no se deber\u00eda hacer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las actividades a las que se refiere este apartado en ning\u00fan caso comportar\u00e1n el aprendizaje de contenidos curriculares asociados al conocimiento del hecho religioso ni a cualquier \u00e1rea de la etapa.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 criterios hay detr\u00e1s de estas indicaciones? Principalmente, lo que se intenta <\/span><b>evitar es que la asignatura espejo suponga una ventaja para los alumnos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que la cursen. Veamos en qu\u00e9 sentido. Por un lado, que Atenci\u00f3n educativa no sea una alternativa m\u00e1s sencilla y\/o atractiva, como tiempo libre, ocio o deporte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, <\/span><b>que no sea un espacio para avanzar en otras materias<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, lo cual supondr\u00eda un agravio comparativo frente a los alumnos de Religi\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En resumen, Atenci\u00f3n educativa:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es la asignatura alternativa a Religi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tiene 1 hora semanal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No puede tratar contenido curricular, situando en desventaja a los que eligen Religi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No consiste en repasar o adelantar contenidos de otras asignaturas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Qu\u00e9 contenido dar en Atenci\u00f3n educativa<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visto todo esto, nos queda una pregunta: \u00bfqu\u00e9 se puede hacer en Atenci\u00f3n educativa? O dicho de otra manera, \u00bfqu\u00e9 van a hacer los profesores con esos alumnos 1 hora a la semana? Como dec\u00edamos, regular la atenci\u00f3n educativa<\/span><b> est\u00e1 en manos de las diferentes comunidades aut\u00f3nomas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que ya han ido presentando sus ideas. Esto es lo que han hecho algunas comunidades de Espa\u00f1a:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Castilla y Le\u00f3n<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En Castilla y Le\u00f3n han decidido <\/span><b>incluir Religi\u00f3n como una optativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En funci\u00f3n del <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.educa.jcyl.es\/educacyl\/cm\/educacyl\/images?idMmedia=1544449\"><b>itinerario<\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, los alumnos podr\u00e1n escoger entre Religi\u00f3n, Cultura Cient\u00edfica, Segunda Lengua Extranjera o Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y la Comunicaci\u00f3n I.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Galicia<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por el contrario, sus vecinos gallegos han optado por una <\/span><b>asignatura alternativa a Religi\u00f3n, a la que han denominado <\/b><b><i>Proyecto Competencial de Centro<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. En esa hora semanal los alumnos trabajar\u00e1n en el desarrollo de proyectos en todas sus fases.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Navarra<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navarra, una de las comunidades que m\u00e1s horas dedicaba a la asignatura de Religi\u00f3n, disminuye la carga a 1 hora semanal y no contempla ninguna asignatura espejo. Por lo que <\/span><b>cada centro deber\u00e1 dise\u00f1ar actividades educativas no curriculares <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para los alumnos que no cursen Religi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Propuesta: qu\u00e9 hacer en Atenci\u00f3n educativa<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si en tu colegio ten\u00e9is<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atenci\u00f3n educativa o alguna materia similar, una opci\u00f3n eficaz ser\u00eda <\/span><b>trabajar valores y educaci\u00f3n emocional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en esa hora. Teniendo en cuenta las especificaciones del decreto y las posibles soluciones, \u00bfqu\u00e9 se le podr\u00eda pedir a un libro para Atenci\u00f3n educativa?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que no trabaje contenidos curriculares de otras materias.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ayude a los alumnos a conocerse, mejorar su autoestima y sus habilidades sociales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que plantee actividades grupales y proyectos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que sea un programa lo m\u00e1s completo posible y de 1.\u00ba ESO a 1.\u00ba Bachillerato.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vale, pero \u00bfexiste alg\u00fan libro o programa para este hueco? \u00a1La respuesta es s\u00ed!
