En este <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">post, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aclaramos qu\u00e9 son y hablamos de los principales programas de educaci\u00f3n socioemocional del mundo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n[CtaModule cta_item=\u00bb6818&#8243;]\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>\u00bf<\/b><b>Qu\u00e9 es la educaci\u00f3n socioemocional?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Efectivamente, la educaci\u00f3n socioemocional es un proceso de aprendizaje en el que los estudiantes integran en su vida actitudes y habilidades que les permiten:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Primero, comprender <\/b>sus emociones.<\/li>\n<li><b>Afrontar <\/b>mejor los retos de la vida cotidiana.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aumentar el<\/strong><b> <\/b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b><\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/educando-las-emociones\/\"><b>bienestar<\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> personal y social (Bisquerra, 2000).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En realidad, la educaci\u00f3n socioemocional y la emocional <\/span><b>son sin\u00f3nimas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, puesto que la <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/que-es-educacion-emocional-competencias-emocionales-consejos-para-educar-las-emociones\/\"><b>educaci\u00f3n emocional<\/b><\/a><\/span> <b>siempre implica aprender algunas habilidades sociales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> como la empat\u00eda, la asertividad o la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las habilidades emocionales?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En concreto, la educaci\u00f3n socioemocional consiste en desarrollar competencias emocionales.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ub.edu\/grop\/es\/presentacion-grop\/\"><b>GROP<\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, equipo de investigaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Barcelona fundado por <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/webinar-de-rafael-bisquerra\"><b>Rafael Bisquerra<\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, define estas competencias como<\/span><b> cinco habilidades b\u00e1sicas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. N<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">oci\u00f3n difundida por <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/6-claves-sobre-la-inteligencia-emocional-segun-daniel-goleman\/\"><b>Daniel Goleman<\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para referirse al conjunto de capacidades personales que posee un individuo a la hora de gobernar sus emociones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Educaci\u00f3n emocional<\/b>. La <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">manera m\u00e1s habitual en Espa\u00f1a de hablar del desarrollo de competencias emocionales y ha sido difundida por Rafael Bisquerra.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Aprendizaje prosocial<\/b>. E<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">xpresi\u00f3n amplia que se usa para abarcar la educaci\u00f3n emocional, el aprendizaje-servicio, la educaci\u00f3n moral y, tambi\u00e9n, el desarrollo del car\u00e1cter y de las virtudes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Educaci\u00f3n socioemocional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Y, si quieres profundizar en la implementaci\u00f3n de programas, recomendamos <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/blog\/programa-de-educacion-emocional\"><b>este art\u00edculo.<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>CASEL, el referente mundial\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daniel Goleman fund\u00f3 en 1994 <\/span><b>CASEL, <\/b><b><i>Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Colaboraci\u00f3n para el aprendizaje acad\u00e9mico, social y emocional). Su objetivo es promover un aprendizaje social y emocional de alta calidad. Se caracteriza por:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Investigar cient\u00edficamente.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Llevar a cabo planes de formaci\u00f3n <\/span><b>en barrios.<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Asesorar a pol\u00edticos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a nivel estatal.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Educaci\u00f3n socioemocional en M\u00e9xico\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><b>La <\/b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/sep\"><b>SEP<\/b><\/a><\/span><b> (Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, del gobierno de M\u00e9xico)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> puso en marcha desde el curso 2018-19 una reforma educativa para toda la educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica denominada <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planyprogramasdestudio.sep.gob.mx\/\"><b><i>Aprendizajes Clave para la educaci\u00f3n integral<\/i><\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Una de las novedades es la asignatura de Educaci\u00f3n Socioemocional, que incluye:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Criterios de evaluaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> como los 25 indicadores de logro.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>5 dimensiones emocionales.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Integraci\u00f3n transversal <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de la educaci\u00f3n emocional en todas las asignaturas.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffa341;\"><b>Programas de educaci\u00f3n emocional de VOCA Editorial<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trabaja en VOCA Editorial, por un lado, con <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vocaeditorial.com\/be-happy\/#1583831770658-5ca07c25-6b0b\"><b>Be Happy<\/b><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el programa de Primaria.
